Uw taken

Je bent het gezicht van DR SMILE en biedt een eersteklas ervaring door uitgebreide diagnoses te stellen, vervolgonderzoeken uit te voeren en behandelingsplannen aan patiënten uit te leggen
Je onderhoudt en uploadt medische documentatie op tijd, voert 3D-scans of röntgenfoto's uit, en zorgt ervoor dat diagnostische informatie compleet is voordat deze wordt doorgestuurd naar een bevoegde tandarts
Je voert vervolgonderzoeken uit, voert IPR’s (Interproximal Reduction) uit, plaatst attachments en behandelt patiënten met aligners
Je ondersteunt kwaliteitscontrole, procesverbeteringsinitiatieven en assisteert het patiëntenteam bij case voorbereiding en vragen van patienten
Je geeft patiënten voorlichting over mondhygiëne, schrijft indien nodig medicatie voor, en helpt bij het werven van andere orthodontisten/tandartsen
Je handhaaft de klinische normen, zorgt voor de veiligheid van de patiënt en neemt deel aan de voorbereiding van promotievideo's, sociale media-evenementen, tv-evenementen en conferenties

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over geldige documentatie die je in staat stelt om als Orthodontist/tandarts te werken
Je brengt bewezen ervaring mee in de digitale orthodontische sector
Je zorgt ervoor dat aan alle tandheelkundige en gezondheidswetten wordt voldaan
Je blijft kalm en professioneel in de omgang met patiënten
Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
Je beschikt over sterke computervaardigheden met betrekking tot gezondheidsapplicaties

Join DR SMILE and revolutionize dental care! As a key member of our team, you'll craft impactful medical instructions and recommendations in Dutch and English, and shape cutting-edge aligner treatment plans. Dive deep into patient care, guiding them from their first consultation to their final smile transformation. If you're passionate about aesthetic dentistry, eager to innovate, and thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, this role is your perfect fit!

Your Tasks

You write medical instructions and recommendations in Dutch and English for our laboratories
You review treatment data such as scans, medical history, etc. in order to formulate medical recommendations based on this data and create the Aligner treatment plan
You will be in constant contact with our medical sites to continuously improve our online treatment and provide medical excellence
You accompany the patients from their first appointment (incl. oral assessment and consultation) until the end of treatment and carry out control appointments as well as IPRs (approximal enamel reduction)
You perform, check and guide our staff to optimise our Initial Scan funnel

Your Skills

You have completed your university studies in dentistry (Approbation)
Ideally, you already have experience/prior knowledge in the field of aesthetic dentistry, aligner treatment and/or orthodontics
You have a technical affinity, a quick perception and a high willingness to learn
You work in a service oriented manner and have an empathetic and communicative personality
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You are willing to travel between our Flagship Stores in Rotterdam and Amsterdam
