Your Tasks

You write medical instructions and recommendations in Dutch and English for our laboratories
You review treatment data such as scans, medical history, etc. in order to formulate medical recommendations based on this data and create the Aligner treatment plan
You will be in constant contact with our medical sites to continuously improve our online treatment and provide medical excellence
You accompany the patients from their first appointment (incl. oral assessment and consultation) until the end of treatment and carry out control appointments as well as IPRs (approximal enamel reduction)
You perform, check and guide our staff to optimise our Initial Scan funnel

Your Skills

You have completed your university studies in dentistry (Approbation)
Ideally, you already have experience/prior knowledge in the field of aesthetic dentistry, aligner treatment and/or orthodontics
You have a technical affinity, a quick perception and a high willingness to learn
You work in a service oriented manner and have an empathetic and communicative personality
You are fluent in Dutch and English
You are willing to travel between our Flagship Stores in Rotterdam and Amsterdam
