Deine Aufgaben
  • Du hilfst dabei, Kommunikationsstrategien auf verschiedenen Plattformen umzusetzen und begleitest Kunden während ihres gesamten Interaktionswegs
  • Zusammen mit dem CRM-Team planst und implementierst du Kommunikationsabläufe, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die Gesamtmarkenstrategie unterstützen
  • Durch die Verwaltung und Optimierung von Kommunikationsstrategien trägst du dazu bei, die Kundenerfahrung entlang des Verkaufstrichters zu verbessern
  • Du bist der/die Ansprechpartner:in für rechtliche Kommunikationsfragen, unterstützt bei der Inhaltsprüfung und der Entwicklung von Strategien für Projekte mit rechtlichen Implikationen, und arbeitest an der Anpassung von Kommunikationsstrategien an lokale Märkte und neue rechtliche Anforderungen
  • Du beteiligst dich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien für Conversion-Optimierungstests und Website-Überarbeitungsprojekte
  • Als Marketingperspektive stellst du sicher, dass die Kommunikation über den gesamten Kundenweg hinweg konsistent ist und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Kommunikation entlang des gesamten Kundenverlaufs
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich und bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer Copywriting- oder Kommunikationsrolle mit, vorzugsweise in der Gesundheits- oder einer verwandten Branche
  • Du brennst für Copywriting und liebst es, neue Wege zu finden, um Kundenforschung entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen zu übersetzen
  • Du besitzt starke organisatorische und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, und du kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig bewältigen
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Dein geschultes Auge für Details und deine Leidenschaft für das Erzählen von Markengeschichten machen dich aus
  • Deine Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Teamumfeld und deine Bereitschaft, das leitende Personal bei strategischen Initiativen zu unterstützen, zeichnen dich aus
  • Deine Begeisterung für das Lernen und dein Wunsch, in eine strategische Kommunikationsrolle hineinzuwachsen, sind deutlich spürbar

Do you want to be the voice of DR SMILE? Join us as a Junior Brand Communication Manager and shape our brand communication as our storyteller! Develop communication strategies with passion and creativity that define our brand. Your opportunity to shape the future of smiles at DR SMILE!
Your Tasks
  • You assist in the execution of communication strategies across various platforms and stages of the customer journey
  • You support the CRM team in planning and executing communication flows, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
  • You help manage and improve communication strategies to enhance customer experiences along the customer funnel
  • You serve as a support point of contact for legal communication matters, assisting in content review and strategy for projects with legal implications, and collaborate on communication strategies for local markets, adapting to new legal and localization requirements
  • You assist in strategizing and implementing communication aspects of conversion rate optimization tests and website revamp projects
  • You ensure continuity of communication projects and own communication across the entire customer funnel from a marketing perspective
Your Skills
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a copywriting or communication role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • You are passionate about copywriting and discovering innovative ways to translate customer research to meet customer needs
  • You possess strong organizational and project management skills, allowing you to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a strong enthusiasm for brand storytelling
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior staff in strategic initiatives
  • You are eager to learn and evolve into a strategic communication role
