As the Senior FP&A Analyst (m/f/x), you'll play a pivotal role in our financial planning and analysis endeavors. Leading alongside one key colleague, you'll collaborate closely with senior management and apply your strategic prowess to influence our financial landscape. Your insights will be crucial in driving decisions and defining our path to success.

Your Tasks

You oversee the FP&A function, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis
You develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning, business initiatives, and performance evaluations.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
You prepare regular financial reports, management dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
You drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
You identify areas of cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency, partnering with stakeholders to implement appropriate measures, and recommend process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the FP&A function.

Your Skills

You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
You gained proven experience (3+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis and forecasts
You are a strong leader and have people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
You have proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders
You have a strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making
You have an advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements as well as proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., Google, Excel, data visualization tools)
You are fluent in English
