Your Tasks

• You are our contact person and consultant agent for any questions our Italian customers and patients might have during their aligner treatment
• You reply to requests from our customers by phone, mail and through social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram)
• You are outcome-oriented and customer-focused and you support our customers in making the right decision
• You receive feedback from our customers with an open mind and together with your team you actively strive to improve the structures 
• You cultivate relations with our customers and achieve customer satisfaction through creating the ideal customer journey

Your Skills

• You have previous experience in the area of customer service, retail, hotel business or catering 
• You are a humorous and easygoing teamplayer, you keep your cool even in the most hectic situations and you would like to bring our service to the next level 
• You are reliable and work very organized
• You are fluent Italian and have good skills in English
